Who is responsible
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is Rafael Ordonez Mejia, a natural person operating the Ordinvel project brand, Quartier de la Levratte 32, CH-1260 Nyon. You can reach us at contact@ordinvel.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email address, institution, role and any message you write. We do not ask for — and ask you not to send — any client data, account information or confidential documents.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access in server logs, which are needed to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your request and, if you wish, to organise and follow up on an exploratory conversation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics. A strictly necessary cookie only stores your language choice.
Service providers
Your data may be processed on our behalf by providers for website hosting (Vercel Inc. (USA)) and email delivery (Google Workspace (Google)). They act on our instructions only. Where a provider processes data outside Switzerland, we ensure an adequate level of protection as required by Swiss law, for example through standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the conversation, and at most 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Write to us at contact@ordinvel.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
